Emanuel School students recently took part in a light photography workshop, facilitated by Live Love Learn and in conjunction with the JCA.

Students learnt about creating photos and special effects, juxtaposing light and darkness. They worked with renowned artist, Peter Solness and videographer, Max Melamed, to bring the images to life.

Emanuel School Principal, Andrew Watt, was delighted with the outcome: “The resulting photographs are striking and evocative. We are thankful to the JCA for bringing this project to fruition and were so impressed with the student images that were used a part of the JCA’s recent Night of Illumination fundraising event.”

Elyse Chiert, JCA Engagement and Marketing Manager, confirmed that the images created at will also be featured in an art exhibition later in the year.
