ECAJ to propose panellists for Q & A

ABC-TV has responded positively to matters of concern about the format of popular panellist program Q & A raised the Executive Council of Australian Jewry.Australia’s national broadcaster has told the ECAJ that the issues raised on the choice of representative Jewish panellists and the nature of some of the questions asked have been addressed.

Robert Goot, the president of the ECAJ, told J-Wire: “We have been asked to propose panellists whom we believe would be capable of responsible debate and would proffer a more balanced viewpoint of matters concerning Australian Jewry and Israel.”
