Peter Mlynsky, the jovial operator of Zabar’s Café and Deli in Sydney’s Bellevue Hill picked Purim as an opportunity for a sleep-in…But running a café near the Shtiebl Shul means you are first cab off the rank when the minyan is a man short.

“It was first sleep-in for 18 months” Mylynsky told J-Wire. “But Rabbi Gouraire let me off the hook and I got back to dreaming up new ideas for Zabars”
