If you would like to cook along with Lisa in real time, you will need the following ingredients and equipment (for a dessert that serve about 5).
INGREDIENTS
75 g (½ cup) roasted almonds
2 egg whites
125 g (¾ cup) icing sugar
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
300 ml thickened cream
50 g dark chocolate
1 ½ cups mixed berries
EQUIPMENT
baking tray
baking paper
plate or stencil with a diameter of 14 cm
pencil or permanent marker
electric mixer or bowl and whisk
spatula
something to grind half the walnuts: small food processor/spice grinder/mortar and pestle/plastic bag and rolling pin
