Community identity receives good behaviour bonds

A well-known member of Sydney’s community has received two good behaviour bondsHeniz Gerstl, 72, appeared in Waverley Local Court having pleaded guilty earlier this year to two charges of using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence.

The charges relate to a fax received by three members of the B’nai B’rith organisation.

Magistrate Jaqueline Milledge entered no conviction against Gerstl, placing him on two 12-month good behaviour bonds.
