Over 60 lawn bowlers from across Australia have participated in the 15th Maccabi Australia Bowls Carnival.
The competitors

event that saw the tragic collapse of a bridge conveying Australian competitors and resulted in the deaths of four including Warren Zines.
The NSW team won the Men’s Shield and tied with WA in the Women’s competition. The 28 NSW bowlers were the dominant winners competing against players from WA, Victoria and Queensland.
