Michael Cohen will quit his position as Vice-Principal of Melbourne’s Bialik College at the end of the year.

Following his 20-year stint at the school, the educator turn his attention to the completion of doctoral studies in Jewish history.

Cohen will retain a role at Bialik however, consulting with staff on the school’s curriculum.

School president Alan Goldstone and principal Joseph Gerassi wrote to parents saying: “Michael leaves his full-time role with the College with our sincere

appreciation and gratitude for his outstanding contribution over many years, which will be enduring. He will be missed by staff, parents and students

alike.”
