Benjamin Zipser has been appointed as a Judge to the Parramatta Registry of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2).

He will commence his duties on 16 September 2024. Mr. Zipser graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1992 with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws. He also holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford. Mr. Zipser was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1992 and was called to the New South Wales Bar in 1999.
