Aussie! Aussie! Aussie! No! No! No!
Moshe Feiglin, the leader of the Manhigut Yehudit party has one more thing to do before he enters the Knesset as an MK….give up his Australian citizenship.
The Israeli politician was born in Haifa in 1962 but attained Australian nationality through his parents.
Feiglin told Makor Rishon on Friday that he has never been to Australia, and never plans to come here.
His children do not have foreign citizenship.
Hello dear Ben !
thanks for sharing with us the wisdom of Moishe Feiglin.
At long last, you have learnt something from this Jewish site !
Dear Henry,
He is not the leader of any party – he is a member of the Likud Party – he leads a faction within the party.
Peter
It is possible to have dual citizenship, Israeli and Australian; perhaps there’s a difference here if one becomes a member of the Knesset
