Together with Israel and StandWithUs have organised a rally at Sydney University to be held tomorrow (Friday) at 10am.

One of the organisers told J-Wire: “We’ve been working closely with the police, campus security, and the USYD administration, who will be on-site to ensure a secure environment for all attendees.
Together with Israel and StandWithUs, we’re deeply troubled by the ongoing situation at the University of Sydney and other universities. The impact on the mental health and well-being of students and staff is alarming. That’s why we’re joining forces to urge the University of Sydney to take decisive action to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for everyone.
It’s unacceptable that Jewish students, faculty, and staff feel compelled to leave campus due to the actions of anti-Israel extremists and Hamas supporters. We’re calling for immediate measures to address this issue and protect all members of the university community.
This rally is intended to be a platform for support and a call to action for a safe environment.
The organisers have told those joining the rally that hate speech or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
They have told participants “Let’s stand together peacefully in support of students, faculty, and staff and avoid signs that draw attention to the conflict; instead, focus on safety and intolerance on campus. Our rally’s purpose is to advocate for the safety of our community. Let’s maintain the moral high ground. Anyone using offensive or divisive language or behaviour will be removed.
