A Tree of Peace planted in Canberra

The Embassies of Israel and  Morocco have celebrated one year since the resumption of diplomatic relations between Israel and Morocco by planting a ‘Tree of Peace’, a symbol of the great friendship between our two countries.

Israeli Chargé d’Affaires Ron Gerstenfeld and Morocco’s Ambassador Kareem Medrek were joined by other diplomats for this friendly meeting in the garden of Israel’s embassy in Canberra.
