A message for the Pope…from the Chief Rabbi
The Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth Lord Jonathan Sacks has sent his personal best wishes to the retiring Pope Benedict XVI…
Rabbi Sacks said: “I was honoured to welcome Pope Benedict XVI to Britain on behalf of non-Christian faiths in 2010 and spend time with him during a visit to the Vatican in 2011. I saw him to be a man of gentleness, of quiet and of calm, a deeply thoughtful and compassionate individual who carried with him an aura of grace and wisdom. I wish him good health, blessings and best wishes for the future.”
Nice to know that our Rabbi Sacks is good mates with the Pope, why hasn’t Rabbi Sacks negotiated or more so demanded that the Vatican returns ALL JEWISH ARTEFACTS AND BELONGINGS that were stolen from the Jewish people including those from our holy Beit Ha Migdash and are now stored in the Vatican. It’s not too late Rabbi Sacks!!!!
Gracious, thank you Rabbi Sacks.
Holy men, comfortable with each other.
The old Cardinal Ratzinger must have a better super scheme than mine. I’ll never be able to retire.lol
