Quality Agency Recognises Montefiore Again

Sydney’s Montefiore Home  has been once again acknowledged by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency.

At a ceremony held recently at its Randwick facility, Tracey Clerke, State Director NSW/ACT from the Quality Agency presented the Home with its 8th Better Practice Award.

Dr Alasdair MacDonald, General Manager of Business Innovation and Quality and Yoni Hersh, Senior Customer Assurance Co-ordinator were presented with the award in recognition of an in-house eLearning platform that they developed to replace traditional modes of staff education.

Robert Orie, CEO, commented, “To be independently recognised by the Agency against our peers validates the Home’s forward thinking approach to research not just for today but into the future.”
