Primary Health Networks (PHN), established by the Federal Government to improve co-ordination of care has complimented Sydney’s JewishCare following a visit to its Sydney facility.

Peter Wood Executive Manager Planning, Engagement and Strategy and Nathalie Hansen Manager Strategy and Evaluation representatives of the PHN Central and Eastern Sydney visited JewishCare services with CEO Claire Vernon.

Nathalie said “We were both extremely impressed with JewishCare, especially the way it is implementing an integrated service model and is adopting technology to benefit clients”.
