The Melbourne arm of the United Israel Appeal (UIA) has hosted a luncheon for the Rabbinical Council of Victoria (RCV).

The lunch was in appreciation of the Victorian Rabbinate’s long standing support of the UIA Kol Nidrei Appeal.
RCV members were addressed by Shlomo Werdiger, President of UIA Victoria UIA and UIA representatives who presented on the organisation’s work with high schools and youngsters from needy homes and UIA’s Youth Future’s program which assigns mentors who are a model and friend’s to the children.
The luncheon was followed by a Special General Meeting of the RCV.
