This week is Homeless Persons Week with the aim being to raise awareness of homelessness and the people it affects. This year the theme is “The Hidden Homeless: 94% of people who are homeless are not on the streets”

In raising awareness about this issue, Jewish House along with Rose Bay Police, held a BBQ lunch at which Acting Superintendent Zoran Dzevlan of Rose Bay Police joined Malcolm Turnbull in offering The Jewish House words of encouragement for their work in helping the homeless.
