On 3rd night Chanukah Sydney’s 3rd Rose Bay (Judean) Joey Scouts finished the year with a Chanukah party meeting.

The Joeys brought their Menorahs from home for a group lighting. Also celebrated at the meeting was the investiture of Adam Guthrie into the Joeys, as well as the awarding of the Promise Challenge Badge to Harry Bloch. This is the highest award that can be earned in Joeys.
