Over 100 members of the Jewish and Indian communities commemorated the 100th anniversary of the liberation of Haifa by Jewish, Indian and British troops during WW1 at Sydney’s Parramatta & District Synagogue on Sunday.

Federation of Indian Australian Associations (NSW) President Dr Yadu Singh, Board of Deputies Community Relations & Policy Manager Lynda Ben-Menashe, Ecumenical Council of NSW Interfaith Commissioner Rev Dr Manas Ghosh, Board of Deputies President Lesli Berger, United Indian Association President Sreeni Pillamarri.
